Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology products and services.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register operations.
