00 Per hour! On the job training- We provide opportunities for career growth such as achieving your Registered Behavior Technician certification and becoming a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst.
You will be supervised by our highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and will be provided with constructive feedback to develop knowledge and skills.
What will you be doing? Provide 1:
1 care in group, home, and community settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training and techniques.
Collect data on programs, assist with parent training and assist the BCBA with clinical assessment.
Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols.
Collaborate with a treatment team including client, parent/caregivers, outside professionals and co-workers while maintaining client confidentiality.
