If you are someone who engages customers and greets them to offer assistance with products and services, resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
They are the front line of support and help to ensure that clients are satisfied and receive the knowledge and understanding of the products and services.
Responsibilities Team player with strong communication and organizational skills Identify and assess clients' needs to make proper product recommendations Answers customer questions about terms of sale Provides the highest level of customer service Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Completing Customer Transactions and Accepting Payments Qualifications Must have good organizational skills Must have excellent customer service skills Ability to build rapport with clients Positive and professional demeanor Must be able to lift 50 lbs Basic mathematic and computer skills Ability to multitask Job Type:
Full-time - Weekdays and weekend Availability Preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
