Respond to both internal and external customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of data and the preparation of reports for local management.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters deemed to be of a sensitive nature by the company.
Principal Accountabilities65% Ensure timely and professional completion of assigned reports and correspondence.
Information updates into various systems such as TED, Compliance Data Base, UPS, Transportation, ODI, etc.
as assigned.
Schedule meetings, coordinate any business arrangements, maintain and archive retention files.
Perform various administrative duties to insure timely and accurate delivery of services and information for both internal and external customers as needed.
10% Back up and maintenance of office equipment as needed.
Ordering of office supplies.
10% Provide back up coverage for others, and perform other duties as assigned.
15% Efficient and professional completion of special assignments as directed by the Operations Services Supervisor.
Qualificationso Associates degree with two years of experience in a business environment or equivalent business related experience.
o Must have strong background in the use of personal computers and business applications software.
o Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Must maintain the confidentiality of business actions and activities in matters deemed to be of a sensitive nature by the Company.
o Employ a positive and professional approach in all areas of responsibility.
o Be available to perform duties to support efforts during times of system emergencies.
